A scouting problem before it was a software idea.
YouPro Sport was founded by Yemi Oredein, a football scout with experience evaluating academy talent within a Premier League club environment and extensive knowledge of the recruitment process.
The platform began with a practical observation: recruitment teams can access more information than ever, but more information does not automatically create a clearer decision. The strongest tools narrow the market, test a profile and keep the right players visible without adding unnecessary complexity.
